Sony has released the trailer for their animated Spidey feature film entitled “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” [which “thwips” into theaters in December 2018] from producers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller [of LEGO feature film fame].
“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” stars Shameik Moore as New York City-based teenager Miles Morales and includes a star-studded voice cast consisting of Jake Johnson as Miles’ mentor, Peter Parker, Liev Schreiber as the crime lord Kingpin, Hailee Steinfeld as Spider-Gwen, Mahershala Ali as Miles’ uncle, Aaron, Brian Tyree Henry as Miles’ father, Jefferson, Luna Lauren Velez as Miles’ mother, Rio and last but not least, comic legend Lily Tomlin as Aunt May.
